Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

• The item was received damaged or defective
• The wrong item was delivered
• The product is unused and in its original condition and packaging

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been used, installed, or modified
• Items damaged due to improper handling or installation
• Custom or special-order products

2. Provide your order number and photos of the product (if applicable)
3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Delivery & Freight Items

Due to the nature of automotive equipment and truck delivery, customers must inspect products upon delivery. Any visible damage must be reported at the time of delivery or within 24 hours.

XM Tools reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
